A Simpsons marathon will take place in Hollywood in February 8 and all 500 episodes lasting 86 hours, 6 minutes and 41 seconds played back to back.
Fans can register for the challenge which will take place at the corner of Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood.
In the 500th episode The Simpsons are evicted from Springfield. Homer and Marge try and sneak back in but their former friends and neighbours turn hostile.
The show this weekend in the USA features special guest Ted Nugent who needs Homer to endorse him to run as a Republican candidate.
The season finale this year will feature Lady Gaga who will teach Lisa Simpson how to love herself.
